Corresponding Box Size

The size you choose here is the size of the box in which the Interior Tray will be integrated. For your convenience, several box sizes are listed and they give you the option to see an instant price. The box size is not limited to these options. You are free to order a custom size where the unit price and the price for tooling will be quoted to you by our packaging experts. 

The actual size of the Interior Tray together with the board elements gives the new capacity of your box. Below is a list of the maximum new capacity after an interior tray is added.

The minimum new capacity is 50 x 50 x 5 mm

Any capacity between the minimum and the maximum is achievable.

Ribbon

The ribbon pull is an essential and inseparable element of the Interior Tray upgrade. It makes it possible to take out the box contents without effort.

The boxes on this page show examples of the ribbon pull which are our designers' best suggestions. Your choice is not limited to these examples.
Features which you can change about the ribbon pull are:

• material,
• width,
• colour,
• length,
• position (i.e. if it is glued to the long or short side).

We have different ribbons in stock. Typically, they are 10 or 20 mm wide, satin or grosgrain. These two widths come from a rich colour palette. Also available are a basic set of colours at 30 mm width.

The unit prices on this page are based on 10 mm wide ribbon.

Quantity

This page shows the unit price of one smaller tray glued inside a larger rigid box. The upgrade is completed with board elements around and inside the Interior Tray plus one ribbon pull. 

The quantities you may choose will be correspondent to a quantity of boxes but the prices on the page are for the upgrade only.

If you choose to upgrade your boxes with Interior Trays, we will produce all parts together (both for the boxes and for the trays). During production, we will glue the board elements to the sides of the trays and will place the trays in the boxes.

This explains why the Interior Tray upgrade cannot be ordered as a standalone product.  The boxes and trays need to be ordered together.

Please note the following dependency about the quantities of Interior Trays and boxes per order:

• The number of boxes per order should not be smaller than the number of Interior trays.
• The number of boxes per order can be larger than the number of Interior trays.

This dependency concerns trays and boxes of a corresponding size.  

For the remaining boxes which don't use the Interior Tray upgrade, you may choose to use another upgrade. Or, you may choose to enjoy their basic version.
