Your choice is not limited to these sizes. Similar sizes come at similar prices, and you can change the size at a later stage during the communication with our team. Please note, new sizes may require new tooling and may involve additional costs.

Branding Colour:

The branding colour choices given on this product page include colours which are most often used for the specific papers.
We use foil blocking technology for the branding colours. The technology creates a recessed relief (indentation in the greyboard) and the colour is applied to the debossed areas.
At least one colour should be selected, for you to be able to proceed with your project.
You are free to change the initial colour choice at a later stage when you start your project and begin communication with our team.
Foil blocking without colour is applicable as well. This technology is known as blind debossing.
Also available is the choice to use mixed techniques or colours. This can happen if you choose to apply branding in more than one position. Such examples are:
foil blocking in one position and blind debossing in another position; using a different colour for each position.

If you need us to match a sample, e.g. a hot foil colour which is already present on your existing packaging or stationery (manufactured elsewhere):
You will be invited to send us a physical sample, if possible. You will be asked to point out a hot foil reference, if possible. This includes the foil manufacturer, series and number.
Please note that the metallic foils exist in different brilliance variations. Whenever you discuss a branding colour with our team, please mention if it needs to be gloss, semi-gloss, or matte . This is especially important for larger foil-blocked surfaces where the brilliance is prominent.
NB: There are possible additional expenses for choosing options that differ from the LuxeShop presets. Such expenses will be specified during correspondence with our packaging experts.

Branding Positions:
Choose an option 1 position 2 positions
The product page allows a choice between 1 and 2 branding positions. Pick an option to compare how the number of printing positions affects the price.
At least one option should be selected, for you to be able to proceed with your project. You are free to change the number of printing positions at a later stage when you start your project and begin communication with our team.
Please note, the boxes on the LuxeShop page images are customised with sample layouts that show a limited number of examples for the printable area. Below is a detailed illustration of the printable area:

The safe printable area is marked in beige. You need to allow for a 25 mm unprintable area parallel to each edge, both for the outside and inside on the hard cover.
For each branding position, a new blocking die will be produced.
The blocking dies are a one-time expense and are not included in the unit price on the product page. More about the blocking dies costs you can read in the “Additional expenses” section in our Prices & Payments page or in Pricing information on every product page.
The standard blocking die for 1 position measures up to 100 sq.cm.
For larger artwork areas, additional expenses may occur. If your Artwork exceeds the standard, you will be consulted by our Packaging experts at a later stage.
♦ After you start your project and begin communication with our team, our Packaging expert will send you a blank template with guides for the safe areas where you can place your artwork.
In case you don't want to place the artwork by yourself, please provide your logo, tagline, etc. and we will do it for you.
Logos and texts must be in Vector format, single solid colour, non-transparent and without any raster or gradient fill. To avoid font substitution, please convert all type paths to outlines. Lines need to be at least 1 pt thick. Gaps between lines need to be at least 2 pt. Patterns, complicated line art, or elements spanning many sides or a full area of your packaging are not allowed. We understand that these requirements can't always be met and if this is the case, please send us what you have. We will work toward a workable file together.
♦ A PDF proof with 2D and 3D visualisation will be provided for your approval. Possible changes in branding position and any recommended artwork modifications may be reviewed. We will start production of your order only after your explicit final artwork approval.
Please, do not change the dieline template during the design process.
♦ The approved proof will be accessible for you in your account profile for future reference and repeat orders.
For better results, avoid using large, solid areas mixed with fine detail. To make sure that we can work with your files, it is preferable to send them as PDF data complying with the PDF / X-1a: 2001 standard. Please avoid encryption of your files (e.g. password protection) Avoid using Trace tools to make a vector copy of pixel-based artwork. This will result in jagged edges of the imprinted objects.
NB: Additional expenses will occur for 3 or more branding positions. Such expenses will be specified during correspondence with our packaging experts.
